The production process takes place in our own 1200m2 production facility located in Zaķumuiža, Riga region, so we can offer quality prices and the consumer gets the final product without intermediaries and unnecessary extra costs.
The factory was built in 2017 and is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art wood-frame production facilities. We only use timber that meets all quality requirements and criteria for the production of timber-framed houses.
The size of the factory allows us to produce up to two houses at the same time.
The production process for one medium-sized building (150m2) is relatively short and takes 2-3 weeks.
On-site assembly of the building frame will take no more than 3 days.
Well-thought-out constructions and insulation technology solutions will help you save significantly on heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
The technologies and insulation used in the production process will result in a highly energy-efficient end product, with an annual building consumption of less than 40 kWh/m2. This is up to five times lower than the national average.
